How To Order

Ordering Process

Add products to your cart Select the products and quantities you want to order and add them to your cart.

Checkout and submit your order Submit your order and provide your contact details and delivery address. You do not need to enter any payment details.

We process your order We will pick and pack your order, and generate a tax invoice that includes your discount (if applicable) and the freight cost.

Payment and dispatch We will email you the tax invoice and dispatch your order once payment is received. You can pay by bank transfer, or you can call us to pay by card.

Minimum Order

$200 ex GST

Our minimum order is $200. Orders below $200 are also possible with a $10 handling fee.

Discounts

We offer the following discounts for orders above the corresponding amounts (ex GST):

$350+ — 5%
$1000+ — 10%
$2000+ — 12.5%
$3000+ — 15%
$5000+ — 20%

Delivery Information

Getting Your Order To You

We deliver most orders as cartons with StarTrack. If an order is large or contains bulky products (e.g., mats and rugs or floor cushions) or fragile products, we may deliver a pallet/s with a freight company as they are significantly cheaper and safer.

We generally process orders within 1-4 days of receipt. Orders take longer to process in November and December due to the surge in orders for Christmas.
